Your free Adobe masterclass replays

Thank you for joining us for From Artist to Artboard.

If you are here, you already have the creative spark. The question is how to translate that creativity into polished, professional stationery designs that are efficient to produce, easy to edit, and ready for real client work.

In these sessions, we walk you through the tools, the workflows, and the mindset shifts that help stationers move from hobbyist design to confident, industry-standard practice. No gatekeeping, no overwhelm, just clear guidance from two working studios.

Set aside a cuppa, open your notebook, and press play.

Ready to go deeper?

These sessions are a taste of how we teach inside Adobe Fundamentals, our signature course for wedding stationers who want to master Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop in a stationery-specific way.

Inside the course, we go step by step, slow and supportive, covering everything from document setup and typography to print-ready files and client-proofing workflows. You will learn the exact methods we use in our own studios, with guidance, feedback, and a community of fellow stationers alongside you.

If you are serious about building a stationery business with professional tools at its core, this is your next step.

Session One: Your Creative Toolkit

In this first session, we explore the creative journey of a stationery designer and the toolkit that supports it. We talk about why Illustrator is the lynchpin of professional invitation design, where InDesign fits into the puzzle, and how Photoshop supports your workflow.

If you have ever wondered which program to learn first, or why Canva and Procreate start to feel limiting once you take on paying clients, this session will give you clarity.

Session Two: Inside Illustrator

In session two, Freya opens Illustrator and shows you exactly how we use it in our own studios. You will see real invitation layouts being built, key tools explained in plain language, and small workflow choices that save hours over the course of a project.

This is not about copying our style. It is about understanding the tools so you can develop your own creative voice with confidence.

Download the Workbook

To help you get more from the training, we have created a companion workbook. Inside you will find space to note key tools, reflect on your current workflow, and map out your next steps.

We recommend downloading this before watching if you can, though it also works beautifully as a follow-up exercise.
