Not quite the secret sauce you wanted, but to keep you going until the masterclass is underway here is our secret recipe for an extra yummy dipping sauce!

Ingredients

  • 125ml mayonnaise

  • 125gms chopped gherkins

  • 70ml ketchup

  • 2 cloves garlic (crushed)

  • a crack of black pepper

METHOD

Stir together mayonnaise, gherkins, ketchup, garlic, and pepper in a bowl until well combined.

Pop some chips in the oven and dip to heart’s content!
